§ 1 | Conclusion of contract, cancellation of contract
A sales contract is concluded as soon as the buyer clicks on the “Place order” button. The seller is entitled to cancel a contract concluded via internet under the following conditions: if the manufacturer will not able to deliver for a considerable period of time; if a justified doubt regarding the buyer’s ability to fulfil his contractual obligations arises from the information supplied by the buyer or from the buyer’s conduct during another transaction.

§ 2 | Delivery
Delivery is made by sending the object of purchase to the address indicated by the buyer. The seller is entitled to supply in partial deliveries. Should events occur which considerably impede the seller’s ability to deliver the goods, the delivery can be delayed by a reasonable period of time.

§ 3 | Due date of payment, default
The purchase price is due net, without deduction, immediately after ordering. The buyer can choose between several options: payment upon delivery, direct debit or payment in advance. In the event of default in payment, the seller may choose to charge interest at up to 5% above the German Federal Bank’s respective applicable bank rate on the purchase price to.

§ 4 | Erroneous or faulty delivery
If the object of purchase is faulty at the time of delivery or has not been ordered by the buyer, the buyer shall return it, labelled clearly, to the seller within a reasonable period of time. The customer can choose between replacement of the object of purchase and refund of the purchase price.

§ 5 | Retention, offset, reduction
Even in cases where notices of defect or counter-claims have been asserted, the buyer is only entitled to retention, offset or reduction if the seller has expressly agreed to this or if the counter-claims have been legally established.

§ 6 | Reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods shall remain the property of the seller until full settlement of the invoiced amount.
If there is a variance from the German version of this agreement, only the German version shall be legally binding.
